How it works
Once you decide to get serious about marketing your business online with a Custom Designed Lead Generation Website you will be asked to complete a briefing form.

The more detailed and specific you can be with the information supplied the better.

We will then be able to deliver a web site that meets the needs of your business and your customers, as well as fufill the vision that you have for your business.

How long does it take?

Usually about one month, but can be quicker depending on how quickly information is uploaded and designs approved.

As soon as the custom web design form is completed your project manager will respond to you within three business days to set you up with a username and password for our online project management system.

From here they will clarify anything on the web form that we are unclear on and once we have all of the information, we’ll create what’s called an “information wireframe”.

An information wireframe is a representation of how the web site will be laid out, not visually, but in terms of individual elements that the site will be made up of; things like widgets, optin boxes, video, social media integration, etc.

Get ready to see you site before we begin building it!

Upon successfully agreeing the wireframe the design process will begin.

You’ll receive two initial mockups (visual images of how the site will look) that you can choose from, and we’ll give you up to 3 rounds of revisions on those mockups until we receive a final approval on one of them for you.

Following that, we’ll turn your design into a web site which will be live for you within three business weeks of receiving all of the required information for your order (or we’ll give you £100 discount! But don’t get your hopes up – that’s never happened to date!). Please note that the three weeks begins once you have provided us with ALL the correct and relevant information.

Got your own graphics already?

If you have a logo or any additional graphics which should be added to your web site design, please gather them at this time – we’ll ask you to upload those files to our project management system as soon as you have a login ready.

Please provide us with the highest resolution image you have available of your logo so that we can give you the most clean and professional web site image possible.

What Information should you have when you order?

There is some info you should prepare in order to speed things up. Here are some ideas:

• Contact details
• Hosting Details (if you already have hosting we will need your C Panel or FTP details. Don’t worry if you do not have hosting we can take care of that for you).
• Google Analytics code (if you already have a website you will have a code that looks like this: UA-XXXXXXXX-X).
• Website colors, ‘most wanted actions’ and the web addresses of sites you like.
• Social media profiles for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube if you want them linked from your site.
• Facebook badge integration code (don’t worry if you don’t know what this means)
• Opt-in box form code details (if you do not have an email marketing account we will set one up and manage it for you for the first 90 days as part of the SEO and Lead Generation package).
• Links to any graphics or logos you need us to use.
